Managers are responsible for building and leading a talented team of hourly team members to deliver a memorable guest experience, serve the community and grow sales and profitability.
It's a challenging job with countless rewards.
Our ideal candidate will also have :
- 2 - 5 years management experience
- A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel / Restaurant Management or other related field is preferred
- Management experience in a quick-service, casual or family dining restaurant preferred
- Serve Safe Food Certification a plus
Requirements :
- Driving sales and profitability through operational excellence
- Problem solving and decision making
- Local store marketing and innovation
- Attracting, developing and retaining top talent to build high performing teams
- Leading a team to achieve company goals and objectives
- Excellence in Customer Service
- Flexibility around work hours
- Experience with restaurant P&L, food and labor cost, and kitchen preparation is a plus
- Managing employee relations
