Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication disorders, ensuring that each student receives the necessary support to succeed academically and socially.

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and families
• Knowledge of special education regulations and procedures

Responsibilities :

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy

Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support students' goals

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
