About The Position
Length of Assignment : 13 weeks
Shift Details : Night shift 1500-2330, 8 hours with weekend rotation. Shifts may fluctuate based on staffing needs. On-call weekends and holidays may be required.
Required Certifications : BLS certification required (must be from American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross).
Scrub Details : Scrubs required.
Floating Requirements : Travelers are required to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of the permanent assigned location, including ED and alternate holding areas.
EMR Used : EPIC.
Other Relevant Skills : 2 years of experience in a large OR; ortho, ENT, and / or vascular experience is a plus; must be a team player and flexible in a fast-paced environment;
must have completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.

Radius Restrictions : 75-mile straight line radius rule.
RTO Requirements : Time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission; post-acceptance time off requests will not be approved.
