Position Summary :
The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting Program Managers in the planning, execution, and closure of projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The Project Coordinator will ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Program Managers in the development and implementation of project plans.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Schedule and organize meetings, maintaining detailed minutes and follow-up actions.
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and expenditures.
Qualifications :
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in aftermarket aviation.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost management principles.
