Position Description :

Everyone at Crumbl is trained as a Baker first, and can quickly progress from there. New employees always start out learning the basics of the Baker position, where they are responsible weighing and assembling all our mixed doughs for baking.

The Baker position is also one that might find you working our Ticketing station, filling orders and presenting our iconic pink boxes to customers.

Employees who are 18 year old and up can also advance quickly to manage the actual baking, as well as learn to mix dough.

Minimum Job Requirements :

• At least 16 years old (hours limited by PA law until 18 year old)
• Availability to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays (we're closed Sundays)
• Work permit from your school if under 18 and still in school
• Food Handlers Permit within 1 week of hire
• Includes Guarantee Tip Minimum :
• This role includes TIP SHARING, with a guarantee of at least $3.00 per hour on top of your base hourly pay rate. (Tip sharing All tips collected are even distributed among hourly workers based total non-training hours worked in-store each week.

If that total does not equal at least $3.00 / hr, we make up the difference in hourly base pay for the week).

• Tip sharing is NOT capped, so when they go over $3.00 per hour, you earn that too
• The minimum guaranteed tip amount is subject to change every calendar quarter

Shift Options :

• Monday - Thursday various times as early as 6 : 00 a.m. and as late as 10 : 30 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday various times as early as 6 : 00 a.m. and as late as 11 : 30 p.m.
• Sundays we are closed
• Flexible scheduling is offered where we match your schedule to your pre-communicated availability
