Position Overview :
Job Title : Speech Language Pathologist
Employment Type : Full-time (32 hours per week)
Duration : Immediate - June 21st, 2024
Location : Proximity to Newton, MA
Role Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students dealing with speech, language, and swallowing issues.
Develop and execute personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, collaborating closely with the IEP team.
Deliver therapy services to students with diverse requirements, addressing aspects like articulation, fluency, voice, language comprehension, and expression.
Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists to integrate therapy objectives into students' academic curriculum and daily routines.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
CCC certification preferred.
Profound comprehension of speech and language disorders, assessment methodologies, and evidence-based therapy approaches.
