Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

Performing accounting related analysis and reporting to leadership

General Ledger reconciliations and analysis

Financial reporting and audit facilitation

Month-end and year-end closing processes

Ensure financial transactions are completed in compliance with U.S. GAAP

Identify and lead procedural evaluations and improvements

Additional duties as the department may require

Qualifications

Real Estate, Construction, and / or Healthcare industry experience highly desired

Financial reporting experience desired

Multi-location experience is a plus!

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Skills

Excel proficiency (e.g. PivotTables, XLOOKUP, IF Statements, etc.)

High level of organization and problem solving

Finds value in helping others and purpose driven work

Self-accountability with the ability to meet deadlines

Yardi, Concur, and / or PayScale experience is a plus!

Job Type : Full Time, Direct Hire, 40-45 hours per week

Pay Details : $85,000.00 to $92,000.00 per year
