Must-Have :
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Agile Champion, with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
Experience with Big Data or Cloud technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex project environments.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Tech Project Manager / Agile Champion to join our team in New York.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively lead teams and drive Agile transformations.
Responsibilities :
Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments to project delivery.
Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead efforts to implement Agile frameworks and best practices, adapting them to meet the unique needs of the organization.
