Project Manager
A well-established commercial construction corporation is looking for their next Project Manager within Diverse Commercial projects.

Qualifications for Project Manager
- Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred, but not required.
- 5 years' experience in commercial construction, comfortable with General Contractor responsibilities
- Commercial, Multifamily, or Industrial construction experience
- Previous experience with a general contractor
- Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and / or simultaneously.
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
- Take initiative and seek responsibility.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Commercial or Industrial construction experience
