Integrus Solutions is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer in Tulsa, OK. Our client is looking for a dynamic professional to lead quality initiatives and uphold the highest standards across their operations.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
- Oversee the technical aspects of developing, establishing, testing, and improving manufacturing systems and methods.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are in place to drive safely, quality, and efficiently.
- Collaborate with vendors to determine product specifications and procure equipment, materials, or parts.
- Evaluate products against specifications and quality standards.
- Work closely with management, engineering, and other staff to facilitate production processes.
- Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
- Analyze labor costs and plan workflow, staffing, equipment placement, and space requirements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and identify bottlenecks.
- Ensure accurate metrics for efficiency and productivity.
- Assess capacity and resources needed to meet customer demand.
- Identify and analyze process and design improvements to reduce costs and lead times.
- Ensure compliance with all government laws and regulations.
- Recommend new policies or procedures to enhance products or services.
- Conduct training and assessments as directed.
- Document current and ideal practices and use post-completion audits to ensure compliance with improvements.
- Design 3D CAD tooling and fixtures from conception to commissioning.
- Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work on-site and cooperatively with others.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and high-value customers.
- Hands-on problem-solving approach with a willingness to work directly with the manufacturing labor force.
