Our expanding Magnesium Molding facility in Eau Claire, WI, is looking for a Maintenance Manager. This role is crucial for leading our team, optimizing machine productivity, ensuring equipment safety, and maintaining the facility.

Ideal Hours : 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm - but flexible based off of business needs MAG building What You Will Do In Your Role :

• Leadership and direction of the Maintenance Department, including leadership of the Maintenance Team to include all people management areas
• Proactively coach and work alongside other leaders to drive results
• Coordinate and direct maintenance across all shifts to maintain equipment capable of safe and robust processes
• Coordinate and direct outside subcontractors
• Assist with procurement and installation of equipment The Experience you will bring :
• Self-motivated to embrace / define / drive continuous improvement
• Results oriented person with excellent communication skills, initiative, sense of urgency and personal accountability
• Experience with supporting business and company changes, while being progressive and dynamic with critical thinking
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, blueprints, schematics, pneumatics and robotics
• Experience successfully leading multiple large-scale projects
• Ability to truly engage with the Maintenance Team and collaborate with the Operations team What will put you ahead : (Basic Qualifications)
• Two (2) years of leadership experience
• Three (3) years manufacturing experience What will put you ahead :
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related technical field
• Experience working with automation, injection molding technology
• Working knowledge of SAP
