Position Summary
The inside sales representative Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understanding customer needs and requirements. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate information between operations, sales and production.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your territory.
- Conduct yourself in the presence of customers to present the core values of the company.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and other shipments and faxes.
- Receive incoming telephone calls and in-person visitors, provides assistance, and directs them to the appropriate office or person.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years in administrative support or customer service role.
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using a variety of different technologies including multiple phone systems, online tools, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
- High school diploma required.
- Independently seeks out information and training needed to perform responsibilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Bilingual is a ++
Education and / or Experience
- HS Diploma.
- 1 years experience with problem-solving and administrative support
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
No certifications are required however having a Notary is a plus
