QUALIFICATIONS :
MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
All Levels : Possession of a bachelor’s degree in a computer related field, supplemented by technical training in enterprise level
applications development techniques, plus :
Information Systems Analyst I
Some programming experience in a distributed LAN / WAN IBM enterprise environment or some
experience in the development of web applications and management of SQL / web servers. Experience
must include application of the principles, methods and techniques associated with basic systems analysis,
programming and applications development.
Information Systems Analyst II
Some increasingly responsible programming experience in a distributed LAN / WAN IBM main frame environment or increasingly responsible experien ce in the development of web applications and management of SQL / web servers.
Experience must have included application of the principles, methods and techniques associated with systems analysis, programming and applications development
Information Systems Analyst III
Considerable and increasingly responsible programming / analysis experience in a distributed LAN / WAN IBM mainframe environment or in the development of web applications and management of SQL / web servers combined with enterprise applications dev elopment Experience must include application of the principles, methods and techniques associated with systems analysis, programming and applications development.
Some experience as a project leader is required at this level.
Information Systems Analyst IV
Considerable and progressively more responsible experience in the development of integrated information systems or web applications, including some experience at the level of Information Systems Analyst III with some experience in project management or any equivalent combination of education and experience that would provide the above noted knowledge, skill, and ability.
