ERP Application and Business Analyst - County Materials

We are looking for a proficient Application and Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at County Materials in Oconomowoc, WI.

The Application and Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for managing, administering, and enhancing the organization's use of its ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Cloudsuite Solution and other relevant system applications.

They will be instrumental in analyzing the organization's application usage, identifying improvement areas, and developing effective solutions that align with business needs.

The role also includes ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations and providing technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities : Administer and support the organization's ERP Cloudsuite Solution along with other applicable system applications.

Continuously analyze the organization's usage of its applications, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.Collaborate effectively with various business stakeholders to understand and document their needs and requirements.

Develop and implement tailored solutions that fulfill business needs, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.Provide prompt and comprehensive technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and resolving application-related issues.

Ensure all system applications are compliant with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

Duties : Play a pivotal role in helping the organization extract maximum value from its ERP Cloudsuite Solution and other system applications.

Contribute to improving business processes' efficiency and effectiveness through thoughtful analysis and strategic solution development.

Provide much-needed technical support to end-users, thereby boosting their productivity and overall operational efficiency.

Assure regulatory compliance and adherence to essential standards within the system applications environment.

Qualifications : 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role with direct exposure to ERP Cloudsuite Solution.Infor Cloudsuite and Office365 experience preferred.

Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.Solid understanding of business processes and system application development.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and translate their needs into viable solutions.Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards governing system applications.

Excellent technical support skills and user-centric approach.Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Requirement : Associates degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
