Responsibilities

Client Support : Assist customers with policy inquiries, changes, and coverage options to meet their individual needs.

Inbound Communication : Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, providing accurate information and timely assistance.

Policy Updates : Process policy changes and updates efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.

Customer Advocacy : Advocate for customers' interests and provide empathetic support to address any concerns or issues promptly.

Documentation : Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and compliance purposes.

Requirement

Licensing : Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License.

Experience : Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.

Customer-Focused : A dedication to meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.

Professionalism : Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company in a positive light.
