Customer Advocacy : Advocate for customers' interests and provide empathetic support to address any concerns or issues promptly.
Documentation : Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and compliance purposes.
Requirement
Licensing : Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License.
