MUST BE WILLING TO CROSS CREDENTIAL AT TREASURE COAST CENTER FOR SURGERY!!!!
Average time to credential : 90 days
Shift length : 8 hours (7a-3 : 30p) (includes 30 minute lunch)
Shift days : Monday - Friday
Minimum # of shifts per month : 20
No call; No weekends
Type of Cases : General, Orthopedic, ENT, Plastics, Ophthalmology, PEDS, Foot & Ankle, Spine, Gastroenterology, Pain Management
Majority Case Type : General, Orthopedic, ENT, Plastics, Ophthalmology, PEDS, Foot & Ankle, Spine, Gastroenterology, Pain Management
Average Cases : 20-45 Daily
Care Team Model : 4 CRNA : 1-2 MD
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Must have active FL license at the time of submission
- Must be BC
- ACLS, BLS, PALS required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
