Physician Recruiter

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter responsible for recruiting and managing schedules of physicians working locum tenens.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to physician inquiries and coordinate all aspects of provider sales and service

Recruit physicians to contract on a locum tenens basis using proactive sales techniques

Facilitate the placement of physicians by matching their skills and preferences with client needs

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year of experience in direct sales of products or services

College level education preferred

Experience in the healthcare industry preferred

Ability to manipulate information using a large-scale database system

Understanding of financial data and profit margins
