Duties :
- Collecting required information from new Residents to beadmitted
- Recording health details ofResidents; including vitals & temperature
- Administering medications and injections to Residents asneeded
- Treating and dressing wounds andbedsores as needed
- May be required tosupervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Helping Residents get dressed & take care of personalhygiene
- Monitoring Residents food and liquidintake and output
Requirements :
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Valid NY State LPN license
- In goodstanding with State Registry
