About the Role
iCapital is looking to fire a diligent detail-oriented Sr. Data Processor Analyst to join the Data Solutions team. This individual must be comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven, fast-paced environment, & committed to delivering a high-quality, accurate product on a time-sensitive basis.
Responsibilities
Work within our alternative investments database :
- Download, organize, & rename files as needed.
- Document management.
- Create, circulate, & track Letters of Authorization (LOAs).
- Create & reconcile transaction level data in Excel.
- Email correspondence with Fund Managers.
- Reconcile fund portal access.
- Automate the technology process validation.
- Escalate system & data issues to client facing team and / or the team lead.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years data entry experience
- Familiar with technology, software tools, & applications (Excel)
- Well-organized & self-motivated
- Highly attentive to detail & accuracy
- Familiar with handling confidential data
- Familiar with financial services helpful is preferred
- Associate or bachelors degree in a related field or relevant job experience is preferred
Benefits
This role is part-time, up to 29 hours / week. The base salary range for this role is $24 / hr.
We believe the best ideas & innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office 5 days a week.
