The Administrative Assistant provides support as needed to various departments to facilitate the smooth flow of business activities in a fast paced and dynamic environment for leaders in the assigned department.
The Admin covers scheduled and unscheduled absences and supports special projects or overflow assignments when additional support is needed from colleagues across the administrative team.
This role has a dotted line reporting to GTCOE Executives.
Primary Responsibilities Include :
- Provide day to day administrative support to leaders in the areas of : Calendar managementExpense reportingTravel coordination / managementManagement of contracts and vendors as needed
- Office management : Assist departments with organizing files
- General site support may include ordering and tracking of supplies
- Meeting / Event Planning : Schedule / coordinate meetings within the Sarepta offices or remotely for events located in other locationsPartner with other Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants to coordinate corporate sponsored activities within the Sarepta facilities
- Identify and implement business process improvement opportunities
- Special projects and other related duties as assigned
Desired Education and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high standard of confidentiality
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ironclad / Oracle knowledge a plus
- Demonstrated flexibility and professional maturity to readily understand priorities and anticipate needs
- Experience working with stakeholders / partners at all levels, globally, across the organization

This position requires work on site at one of Sarepta’s facilities in the United States.
The targeted salary range for this position is $57,200 - $71,500 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges.
The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta’s compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
