The Senior Director of Product - Media Relations is a key leadership position reporting into the Chief Product Officer with ownership over Meltwater's Media Relations products and all customer product feedback loops, inclusive of Voice of the Customer programs (VoC), Customer Advisory Boards (CABS) and product usage and support metrics.

You should be passionate about understanding customer journeys and leveraging signals and intelligence to enhance brand health and competitive positioning.

What You'll Do :

Lead Product Vision & Strategy : Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Meltwater Media Relations product suite which serves as the platform of choice for PR and Marketing professionals to identify and build relationships with media entities across the globe.

Drive Product Roadmap Delivery and Execution : Ensure that roadmaps are delivered on time through proper product planning, scoping and tracking processes.

Innovation & Development : Drive innovation in the Media Relations product suite by incorporating advanced features like AI-powered search, analytics, and personalized contact profiles.

Product Enablement : Oversee Meltwater's product customer feedback efforts including Voice of Customer Program and Customer Advisory Boards (CABs).

Coordinate with the extended product and client teams to ensure strong insights from these programs that funnel into product prioritization efforts.

Team Leadership : Lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Prioritize product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.

What You'll Bring :

Proven Experience : At least 10-15 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Demonstrated success in managing global product portfolios, particularly in media and influencer relations.

Strategic Mindset : Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to drive product innovation and transformation initiatives.

Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels, including media, influencers, and internal teams.

Technical Proficiency : In-depth understanding of product management methodologies and tools, as well as familiarity with signals, intelligence workflows, and media relations technologies.

Customer-Centric Approach : A passion for understanding and enhancing the customer journey, with a focus on brand health and competitive intelligence.

Compensation Overview :

Competitive compensation - Base Salary range for this position : $175,000 - $200,000 USD per year before bonuses. The company also offers for this position 25% quarterly bonuses subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan
