Construction Project ManagerSummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects.
This role involves managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial conception to final delivery, while ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and client expectations.
Job ResponsibilitiesProject Manager : - Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets- Plan and coordinate construction activities on daily basis- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements- Attend educational workshops, trainings, and conferences for professional growth- Write Requests for Information (RFIs) and analyze responses to prepare and process change orders- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget deliverySenior Project Manager : - Assume overall responsibility for multiple construction projects simultaneously, overseeing project managers and ensuring alignment with company objectives- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize project performance, minimize risks, and maximize profitability- Evaluate project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors- Provide RFI submissions- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycleJob Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management (minimum of 5 years of experience for Senior PM level)- Experience in the commercial construction industry- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
