About Seed House Project
At Seed House Project (SHP), we help unhoused young people understand homelessness as an experience rather than an identity.
We provide homes built with dignity and honor in mind to redefine what home means, starting with the community and the overall design of our homes.
Our identity-first, housing-second model focuses on welcoming and connecting young people into a community and a sense of safety before placing them in rooms.
SHP has a $1.3 million annual operating budget and serves up to 100 youth each year through physical campuses and outreach efforts.
SHP is poised for expansion and our dedicated leadership, staff and Board of Directors agree that a strong Development Director will play a critical role in the next phase of growth of our organization.
