Moosehaven is HIRING!
We are looking for a Full time, 40 hours per week Maintenance Tech to join our TEAM! The ideal candidate must be dependable, likes to work with people, is comfortable using the computer and has a valid Florida drivers license.
This position will be responsible for general maintenance of residential buildings that would involve but not limited to :
- Plumbing repairs faucets, and tub / shower valves.
- Light electrical work such as bulb replacements, switch replacements, and receptacle replacements.
- Flooring work such as carpet tile replacements.
- Strong trouble shootings skills are required.
- The candidate must have computer knowledge to accept work orders electronically on an iPad or smartphone.
- The candidate must have good general knowledge of all aspects of general maintenance of residential buildings.
