A company is looking for a Renewal Specialist I to manage and support contract renewals across K-12 school districts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track upcoming contract renewals, preparing and reviewing quotes and agreements
Serve as the primary point of contact for K-12 school district administrators regarding renewals and contract modifications
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate contract processing and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
Experience in contract renewals, account management, or sales within education technology or SaaS
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or NetSuite
Minimum 5+ years' experience in technology implementation or account management roles
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience dealing with large complex accounts at all levels
