Senior Custodian (Facilities B&G Assistant 1 MR01)

The Senior Custodian performs routine cleaning, housekeeping, and upkeep of campus buildings or area of assignment.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Operates light equipment such as vacuums, shampooers, extractors, buffers, and scrubbers
- Cleans and sanitizes floors, restrooms, walls, and furniture in offices and institutional buildings and facilities
- Restocks supplies
- Empties and sanitizes garbage containers and removes recyclables / trash to disposal areas
- Mixes and utilizes cleaning solutions and chemicals
Review of applications will be ongoing and will continue until the position is filled.
Minimum qualifications : Typically requires high school diploma or the equivalent.
A valid driver’s license is required.
