Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As a Senior Program Manager at the dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) of Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), your role will be to lead high-impact initiatives across the organization.

You'll work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of projects in our fast-paced environment.

A key part of your role will be to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, driving strategic alignment and innovation.

You'll ensure that project outcomes align with our business strategy, contributing significantly to the growth and success of WFS.

Your program management expertise and leadership will be crucial in navigating organizational complexities and steering our team towards its strategic objectives.

What you'll do...

  • Drive informed decision-making and ensures resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks and known issues within the business.
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying operational needs and removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
  • Drive process improvements by overseeing and / or conducting gap analyses, evaluating, and determining practicality of improvement opportunities, developing improved processes based on best practices and standards.
  • Evaluate program performance by comparing projections to actual results, identifying, and analyzing key performance indicators and trend data, reviewing feedback from key stakeholders, identifying, and addressing cross functional program and project issues.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to leverage processes to increase service and product capabilities and recommending adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables.
  • Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs and initiatives, consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners, works collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives and communicates with energy and positivity to motivate, influence and inspire commitment and action.
  • Adopt a holistic perspective that considers data, analytics, insights, and different parts of the business when making plans and shaping the team's strategy.

  • Developing project management plans - Creating a comprehensive set of documents to guide the execution and control of the project, serving as a blueprint for how the project will be managed and delivered.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment - Bringing stakeholders together to ensure everyone is aligned on project objectives, deliverables, issues, risks, dependencies, change management strategy and methodology being used.
  • Resolving issues - Identifying, addressing, and tracking problems that arise while identifying the impact and resolving those issues.
  • Data driven decisions - Interpreting data, crafting compelling narratives from it and identifying strategic directions based on data-driven insights.
  • Leading meetings - Setting the context based on past events, guiding the flow of conversation, and effectively steering the direction of meetings.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
