Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage the finances of the organization businesses using QuickBooks.
- Performs a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks involving clerical, administrative function, and financial accounting tasks.
- Responsible for weekly payroll.
- Coordinate and assist with the finance activities of the business by gathering information for tax preparers and auditors as needed.
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of financial reporting, planning, and budgeting systems.
- Assist in the coordinating and preparation of periodic reporting and required legal filings.
- Vendor management both Accounts receivable and Accounts payable.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience
- Previous Non-profit experience, highly preferred
- Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop & Online
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
