Job Overview
Our Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Revenue Accountant to join our finance team. This hybrid role will be based in Chicago and will focus on revenue accounting, month-end reporting, and technical accounting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and corporate policies.
Must-Haves :
- 1+ years of experience in public accounting or SaaS company
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- In pursuit of or possessing a CPA license
Nice-to-Haves :
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and / or Intacct
- Technical accounting experience
Responsibility
The Staff Revenue / Technical Accountant is a key collaborator in the execution of daily and monthly operations of revenue accounting and reporting in accordance with U.
S. GAAP and corporate policies.
The role will also be expected to assist with technical accounting, implementing revenue process improvements, and assisting with various aspects of the billing / revenue systems.
The Staff Revenue Accountant also assists with month-end reporting and the year-end audit.
This is a hybrid role in our Chicago office.
