The Sales Assistant is an integral part of our amazing sales team, providing support to Account Executives, Sales Leadership and our Revenue Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing, fast-paced sales organization with a fantastic team culture.

What youll do :

• Prepare sales presentations by compiling data; conducting research on publishers and market trends
• Work with the MediaRadar software platform and other internal systems (CRM, Salesforce, Wiki)
• Coordinate directly with CSO, VP of Sales and Account Executives to produce optimized Standard Operating Procedures / Best Practices and training material
• Promote organizational growth by providing sales reps with cross-platform insights on a prospect-by-prospect basis

Requirements

Who you are :

• You possess a BA / BS degree or commensurate experience
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You have a desire to eventually transition into a sales role down the line
• You like working in a fast-paced environment where no day is exactly the same
• Prior experience in the advertising or media industries is a plus
• A working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
