The Job

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Northwest region is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support regional and national projects.

In this role, the Sales Operations Specialist will lead projects across Business Insurance and Employee Health and Benefits business lines working with sales executives and department leads to create better alignment, efficiencies and essential sales tool and resource deployment.

You will leverage sales / marketing analytics to optimize training, coaching and campaigns, improve overall sales performance the success of sales operations.

We will give you access to mentorship, training, resources, and development to ensure your success, but you will need to supply the drive and desire to be an MMA professional.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with the Sales Operations Managers , among other producer development leaders to support individual producer goals.
  • Manage, lead and provide technical training to colleagues on various sales technology platforms (Salesforce, Riva, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zywave, and other sales technology tools).
  • Responsible for Salesforce training and content sharing for sales team members. Stay current on system updates provided by corporate.
  • Support regional sales team in daily Salesforce processes.
  • Promote participation in regional and national trainings and other sales initiatives.
  • Help with coordination, scheduling, and content development for ongoing sales meetings and activity. Work with internal and external resources to continue to refine producer education.
  • Demonstrate and communicate product expertise. We will count on you to create a standardized training process for all sales tools.
  • Facilitate, research and execute all project requests in a timely and accurate manner in collaboration with management and other internal departments as appropriate.
  • Provide additional support to the Sales Operations team as needed including client benchmark reports, RPFs and other point of sale deliverables.
  • Plus (the fine print) : you’ll follow organization policies and procedures, sales and service standards and established workflows.

You’ll ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance. You’ll maintain confidentiality and be an all-around awesome member of our team.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.

The salary range for this position is $39,300-$65,900 / year. Additionally, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives, annual profit sharing and a benefits package that includes paid paternity / maternity leave, medical leave, 401K savings and other wellbeing programs.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
