Job Overview :

Quanta Tech Systems LLC, a dynamic tech company based in NYC, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager who also possesses strong PHP development skills.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee a diverse group of professionals, including quality assurance, PHP developers, network security specialists, and more.

In addition to project management responsibilities, you will actively contribute to PHP development projects, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Oversight : Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Leadership : Oversee the work of the quality assurance professional, PHP developer, lead network security professional, and other team members, providing guidance and support.
• Client and Vendor Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Stakeholder Management : Liaise with upper management and HR to align project goals with business objectives and manage resource allocation.
• Planning and Scheduling : Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and monitor progress against these plans.
• Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Reporting : Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including detailed project reports, progress metrics, and issue resolution plans.
• PHP Development : Actively contribute to PHP development projects, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Continuous Improvement : Implement and promote best practices in project management and development, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

Educational Background :

• Bachelor's Degree : Preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced Degrees : A Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous but not required.

Professional Experience :

• Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management and PHP development, preferably within the tech industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Technical Knowledge : In-depth understanding of software development processes, PHP programming, cybersecurity principles, and quality assurance methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Project Management Tools : Proficiency in using project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
• PHP Development : Strong PHP development skills, with experience in frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership : Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Time Management : Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Client-Focused : Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Certification : PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Preferred Additional Skills :

• Agile Methodologies : Experience with Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Multilingual : Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Ukrainian or Russian, is advantageous but not required.
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the tech industry, including SAAS and blockchain technology.
