About This Role :

Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Management Analyst II! The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Digital Engineering Department.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with planning, coordination, and work projects, and help facilitate discussion.
  • Take notes, gather and organize information regarding work products and collaborate to improve processes and deliverables.
  • Assist in developing solutions or alternative processes.
  • Maintain and update logs and spreadsheets.
  • Provide feedback through briefs or written reports.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure changes are working.
  • Coordinate deliverable status inputs to respond to data calls and action items.
  • Process and integrate data involving the detailed use of systems IAW NSWC PHD established business practices and approved software applications.

The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation using standardized templates.
  • Experience with Agile Processes.
  • Experience assisting with and running scrum sprints and project reviews.
  • Ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Professional Certifications :

N / A

Education :

B.S. in related fields.

Clearance :

Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Years of Professional Experience :

2 - 4 years of experience.

The "Nice-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications :

Prior DoD experience.

The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000 to $50,000 (Annually USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
