Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a growth strategy for the Data and Analytics segment, focusing on client needs and market demandsRecruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovationEstablish performance metrics and KPIs to track progress towards organizational goals and optimize resultsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred10+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on strategy and P&L managementExtensive knowledge of data governance frameworks and analytical methodologies, including cloud technologies and machine learning applicationsDemonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams in multi-disciplinary Data and Analytics projectsProven expertise in managing a robust growth P&L
