Director of Nursing (RN) Post Coronary Care Unit

Job Overview : RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director Post Intensive Care for Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center.

Qualifications : Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master s preferredCurrent New Jersey RN LicensureBLS required. (American Heart Association)A minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting is requiredPrevious experience as a nursing director is preferred,Scheduling Requirements : Full Time 40 hours per weekEssential Functions : Accountability and supervision for staff that includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries for a 20 bed highly acute medical / surgical unit and other healthcare providers who deliver care to patients in the inpatient setting.
