We have a fun, busy, and growing pediatric therapy department. We have awesome support staff who treat one another like family and work great together!

Job Summary

Providing administrative support and coordination of activities for specific teams of people. May include but not limited to answering telephone, scheduling patients (both new evaluations and recurring appointments), taking messages and answering routine questions, communicating with therapists and families.

The bulk of this position will comprise of helping with scheduling therapist schedules, inputting referrals, answering and returning patient / family phone calls, creating / distributing patient charts, scheduling therapists out, blocking schedules for PTO requests, tracking data as needed.

Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, presentations, billing, reimbursement, or monthly reports.

Maintaining vacation schedule and managing schedules for the department. May maintain master copies of company policy and procedure manuals;

keeping them up-to-date.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Applicable experience preferred.

Based on facility needs, may require a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
