About the The Opportunity
Join the Business Development team to lead new partnerships in 3D generative AI. The Business Development team’s scope of responsibilities includes creating and pitching customer strategies, working with Enterprise Sales, Product and Technology to help identify and execute partnerships, revenue opportunities and other strategic initiatives.
As a Director, 3D Generative AI Partnerships at Shutterstock, you will play a pivotal role in leading the early stage growth of the Shutterstock 3D generative AI offering.
This state-of-the-art product will allow Shutterstock customers to generate new 3D content. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to identify and execute new partnerships with strategic brands globally.
Your focus will be on creating and pitching customer strategies, ensuring the success of our clients, and positioning Shutterstock for continued growth.
The Day to Day
Collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Product and Technology teams to create a unified and strategic approach to market penetration and customer engagement.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new customer opportunities.
Lead the sales process, including but not limited to qualification, pitches, proposal development, presentations, product demonstrations, negotiations and deal close.
Analyze market trends to adapt and refine GTM strategies and approach, ensuring our services meet industry demands and incorporate ongoing customer learnings.
Craft and articulate compelling value propositions that elevate our 3D generative products and services, tailored to different market segments.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients to support business growth.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of GTM strategies, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and assess opportunities for market expansion among Shutterstock Data, Studio and 3D products.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
7-12 years of experience leading strategic partnerships and supporting complex transactions in Media, Data, Creative and / or Technology related fields;
experience in Machine Learning / Generative AI, Creative Production, Gaming Production and / or Visual Effects a plus.
Proven success leading partnership that entails integrating software and / or API solutions into customers’ platforms or end user experiences.
Strong track record of building and executing against a new business pipeline.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills critical with ability to analyze our customer approaches and processes and recommend impactful improvements
Can do’ attitude with a desire to work across multiple projects simultaneously and fill in team and resource gaps where needed
A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in creative, data and AI.
