About The Position
Job Title : Support Technician Job Specialty : Surgical Services Support Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 11 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : Full-time Experience : Minimum of 2 years License : Not specified Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) required Must-Have : Ability to work during holiday season Job Description : Clean and service rooms, ensuring a hygienic and organized environment.
- Remove waste and perform special projects as assigned.- Inventory and restock supplies on the unit and obtain necessary supplies and rental units.
- Provide support to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and caregivers by performing simple patient care activities.
- Perform various tasks and duties to assist and support the staff in Surgical Services.- Holiday work expectations include working 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (either the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
