• Hours : Monday through Friday , 40 hour work week
• New build construction
• Rough-in wiring and Cable pullingQualifications & Experience :
• Current / Active Licensed CT Electrician License
• E1 / E2 OSHA Certification issued within the last 5 years or a willingness to obtain it
• Perform tests and use the results to diagnose problems -for example, when an outlet is not working, using a multi-meter to check the voltage, amperage, or resistance to resolve the appropriate course of action
• References that will verify your professional skills and experience
• Measuring, cutting, and bending wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools
• Performing semiskilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment
• Following state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the commercial field preferred
• Minimum two years of experience on commercial or residential construction sites
• Prior experience using Standard electrical tools required
