Overview :
Assists MH Case Managers / Therapists in providing services for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning.
Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling or other human-service-related field (preferred).
- Experience : Minimum one year Behavioral Health experience preferred. OR Education : working towards a degree (preferred) in human-service-related field
- Preferred Experience : 2 years experience in the Behavioral Health field.
- Preferred Other : Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills.
Co-worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
