Customer Service | Claims | Collections – Join Us in Tulsa!

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Claims Specialist to join our growing team onsite in Tulsa, OK!

What You’ll Do

Resolve claims and collections with a friendly, timely approach.

Deliver outstanding customer service—answering questions with empathy and professionalism.

Clearly explain claims processes and coverage options.

Collect and manage documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

What You Bring

1+ year of experience in claims, collections, or admin roles.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.

Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm in an onsite position.
