Compensation :

$100,000+ At Plan Earnings

Responsibilities :

• Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

• With over 50 lead sources we provide quality leads to our brokers. You will never be at a loss for good leads to call
• Transactional Support from Listing or Contract to Close (at ZERO additional fees)
• Membership and collaboration / connections with coaching company, nationally accredited coaches and all accesses and tools from a top Real Estate coaching company in the team space, beginning on day one with the team
• Top-of-the-line CRM, Transactional Software and all other tech, designed to simplify and streamline your workload
• Office space including Conference Room, Zen booths when privacy is needed, in-house TC / admin (at no additional fees)
• Preferred lender access on the daily as they are not only in the building but they share the morning huddle daily for immediate communication when needed
• Client events quarterly for your clients paid for by the team
• Signs, Photography, Business Cards, etc, provided by the team
• Formula for guarantee 6 figure minimum if you choose
