Overview :

We are looking for a Hospice Registered Nurse After Hours to join our team.

• OFFERING a Sign-on Bonus
• Full-time
• Fleet car program

Schedule : 2 On, 2 Off, 3 On

2 Off, 2 On, 3 Off Rotation 5p-8a

OR

7 Days On / 7 Days Off Schedule

Reports directly to the Administrator, Executive Director or Patient Care Manager Senior  and will maintain primary control and professional management of each patient. You will act as primary liaison between physician, patient / family and hospice team.
