Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Manager / Director to oversee our administrative operations in Monterey Park.
As an Administrative Manager / Director, you will be responsible for overseeing our accounts payables and accounts receivables functions, providing approvals and guidance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our service company.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and provide approval for accounts payables and accounts receivables transactions
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and records
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for informed decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
- Oversee administrative operations, including office management, HR, payroll, and benefits administration
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and retention
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative management or a related field
- Proven track record of successful administrative management and leadership
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Previous experience in an Office Manager role or similar position is a must!
