Robert Half is seeking a talented and passionate attorney to join our San Francisco client's plaintiff-side personal injury team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client interviews to understand the facts and assess the merits of potential cases.
- Investigate accidents and gather evidence, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
- Develop strong legal strategies and negotiate effectively with insurance companies to obtain fair settlements for clients.
- Prepare and file all necessary legal documents, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations if necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and legal precedents in personal injury law.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, paralegals, and support staff.
Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation (or demonstrably relevant legal experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of success in obtaining favorable outcomes for clients (preferred).
- Membership in the State Bar of California is a requirement.
