As part of our team you will provide care and treatment to patients in a nursing home.

Schedule : 3 days per week
3 days per week
9 AM EST 5 PM EST
Requirements :
- Valid NP or PA license in the state of NY
- Board Certification
- Ok to mobile setting
- Long term care experience needed
- Willing to work in a Nursing Home setting
- Primary Care experience preferred
