In order to most effectively prevent injuries in a given operational environment, we work closely with each customer across many dedicated and leading-edge teams, including customer success, product and engineering, IT security, and others.

Each safety program is tailored to the needs of the workers on the ground and the managers who oversee them. The result is an actionable and scalable safety solution that seamlessly becomes part of a facility's daily routine and is proven to prevent workplace injuries.

CONTRIBUTIONS

You will be a sales leader in a growth-stage company. We've successfully raised funding, won some of the best brands in our target market, and now are ready to accelerate customer acquisition.

You will be responsible for helping define, implement, and scale our sales organization while reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

You will be a cornerstone of the SAT Commercial Team as we mature to $15M+ in annual recurring revenue. StrongArm supplies a niche marketplace with a powerful tool.

We service enterprise organizations in the Supply Chain, including but not limited to the retail trade, warehousing & logistics, distribution & manufacturing spaces.

You will apply a consultative approach to selling and have a knowledge of how supply chain organizations are structured, who the buyers are, and how they navigate the buying journey for new technologies.

You Will Close Business, Build And Iterate On The Playbook, And Manage The Pipeline

  • Drive substantial revenue growth of 50%+ annually while project managing a long enterprise sales cycle AND helping build a world-class enterprise sales organization
  • Lead by example as a player / coach who first closes deals her / himself to best optimize a repeatable process across the entire sales team
  • Help craft and implement a repeatable sales process and playbook specific to StrongArm's target ICP(s) - cradle-to-grave
  • Develop, own, and communicate sales metrics across the organization, leveraging both lagging (quota achieved) and leading (meetings booked, pipeline growth, pilots delivered) indicators to drive and manage agreed-upon targets.

Diligently document and manage everything in our CRM

  • Build relationships with key thought leaders and influencers, along with strategic and channel partners
  • Become the expert on SAT's multiple product lines and prescribe a solution(s) based on a customer's needs; take advantage of upsell / cross-sell opportunities to hit customer growth goals
  • Partner closely with our third-party sales enablement team to optimize our demand and lead generation efforts, reach target accounts, and qualify leads
  • Facilitate a seamless hand-off process with our Customer Success team when a sale has closed while remaining actively engaged with the customer's senior stakeholders
  • Convey the Voice of the Market for the SAT Product team to ensure we are building ahead of market demand and customer needs

EXPERIENCE

  • You are a T-shaped sales leader with a depth of skills and expertise in your field, as well as the ability to collaborate across disciplines, applying knowledge from areas of expertise other than your own
  • You are capable of winning business, teaching others to close, and evaluating the market landscape for strategic opportunities and threats
  • You have a winning individual track record of exceeding quota for multiple years while closing multi-stakeholder enterprise software deals with contract values >

$250K

  • You have called on C-level executives selling strategic software solutions in a nascent market without a pre-existing project defined or budget
  • You are a proven leader with experience hiring, managing, and mentoring a high-performing sales team
  • You have previously worked for at least one early-stage startup that grew year-over-year in multiples of annual recurring revenue

  • You are highly process-driven and passionate about institutionalizing learning whenever possible to ensure lasting repeatability

  • You have 7-10+ years of experience in similar roles
