Shift : Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements :

• VA is part of the PT compact privilege states
• 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
• Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy
• Home Health experience approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association or the committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
• EMR : HCHB / Pointcare
