We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical-Surgical Float Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team.

Position : Travel Registered Nurse

Location : Knoxville, Tennessee

Schedule : Night (3x12 Hours) 18 : 45 7 : 15

Unit : Medical Surgical Float

What You'll Do :

As a versatile and highly skilled Medical-Surgical Float RN, you will provide exceptional nursing care across multiple units, adapting quickly to varying patient needs and environments.

Your ability to thrive in dynamic settings, coupled with your strong clinical expertise, will ensure that patients receive top-tier care, regardless of the unit or condition.

This role demands a compassionate, flexible, and detail-oriented professional dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Provide wound care, catheterizations, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements :

• RN license in State of Assignment or compact license
• 2 years of experience as a traveler 3 years with no travel
• Covid Vaccine
• Flu Vaccine
