We are currently looking for an Entry Level Account Manager to support our clients' missions and our outreach initiatives by furthering our already established relationships within the community.
As a member of our Account Management team, you will receive comprehensive training and insights to become an instrumental force for positive change through account management.
In pursuit of this goal, we prioritize the training and professional development of our associates, equipping them to be the best they can be, in the direct marketing initiatives we offer to the community.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager : Complete client engagement and outreach strategy through direct introduction to customers in the community / region Provide brilliant customer service to ensure a positive perception of the client and their missions and services throughout every step of the donation process Assume a leadership role in assigned events or teams, with proper training in the Entry Level Account Manager position Oversee events and foster relationships with retail and local managers while ensuring top-notch customer service Attend all in-office meetings and Entry Level Account Manager training sessions provided directly by our leadership team Develop skills in coaching, mentoring, and supporting other team members Participate in the interviewing and onboarding of new associates Additional responsibilities as directed Entry Level Account Manager Skills & Qualifications : Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking and execution within a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Comfortable working as part of a team as well as independently Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, and advertising is a plus Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written An entrepreneurial mindset and the capacity for innovation, creative thinking, and problem-solving NOW HIRING IN THE SAN ANTONIO AREA!
